Innovation Workshop – Robotics & Property Management Solutions

Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), in partnership with Hysan Development Company Limited (Hysan), co-organised the Innovation Workshop – Robotics & Property Management Solutions on 23 July 2026. The workshop provided a platform for technology innovators and Hysan users to explore practical applications of robotics, artificial intelligence and property management technologies.

Six tech ventures participated in the workshop, presenting a diverse range of innovative solutions, including water tank cleaning robots, façade-cleaning drones, patrol technologies, detection sensors, AI infrastructure and AI-powered property management systems. Through technology demonstrations and networking sessions, the workshop enabled direct exchanges and the sharing of practical feedback on real-world applications, while creating opportunities for further collaboration and the wider adoption of innovative technologies in robotics and property management.
