Welcoming GRESB Leaders to Lee Gardens

Lee Garden Eight has recently welcomed leaders from Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark (GRESB), the global ESG benchmark institution for the real estate industry, for a site visit showcasing Lee Garden Eightβs pioneering sustainable construction practices.
The adoption of Multi-trade integrated Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MiMEP) and Remote Tower Crane technology at Lee Garden Eight are transforming construction safety and efficiency. Additionally, weatherproofed walkways and footbridges enhance connectivity across the Lee Gardens Area. These solutions reflect our commitment to environmental stewardship and human-centric urban ecosystems.
Approaching its 2026 completion, Lee Garden Eight is a blueprint for resilience and community. Integrating low-carbon practices, wellness-focused design, and enhancing connectivity, it serves as a solid proof of sustainability and urban vitality going hand in hand.
Following the site visit, the GRESB team led a dynamic roundtable discussion at The Community Lab, sharing updates on its 2024 Real Estate Standard and initiating dialogue on local perspectives and insights from the region. Special thanks to GRESB for facilitating the insightful exchange.
